I’m a qualified personal trainer, nutrition coach and athlete with over 10 years of experience excitedly galloping, dancing and leaping around gyms.

For a long time, I fought the urge to make this my career, I wanted to keep my hobby as a hobby. But why not do what you love all the time?! So I jumped at the chance to train as a coach. 

As a shy, overweight kid, I never would have told you this is what I’d be doing for a living. I have battled with confidence issues, weight loss, learning to lift and trust my body. Then with recovery from a knee fracture and doing it all over again. 

I get it! There are so many obstacles in life, but the best thing we can do for our physical and mental health is to take that first step -  just start!
