I don’t know about you, but I have spent at least four months looking at the walls of my bedroom, contemplating life, having excessive amounts of chocolate and beer, trying to master handstands and burpees, whilst feeling guilty every time I take a break from work to make a coffee, or pee. 


Sound familiar?  

Have you realised that you want to put more focus on you, and your health? ⁣

Or, that you always reach for the gin and want to start sucking it up in your living room bodyweight gym? ⁣

Maybe you have a little bit of OCD about chocolate and want to shift it more toward vegetables? ⁣

Or, you have started a war against obesity with Boris but want some support keeping on it? ⁣

Has lockdown made you the best version of you and now they want to stay, but you're not sure how that’ll work when life creeps back in? ⁣


Whatever it is, we are coming together on Monday 10 August for six weeks to learn more about our bodies and take positive steps out of lockdown. 


We work in a group to support each other and to make it FUN. Whilst I will be with you every step of the way to ask each other questions to make the most of the experience. 


This isn’t about painful and boring transformations, this is about learning a little more each week and coming out of the six-weeks feeling like a better you than you are today. We will talk about nutrition, performance and mindset. We will talk about fat loss, maintenance, weight gain, muscle gain. We will talk about sleep, hydration, stress, strategies and training. We will tailor to the goals of the group to make sure you get the most out of your time. 

When you sign up: 

  • You will receive personalised calorie and macronutrient recommendations 

  • Kickstart guide to nutrition that we will work through over the six weeks 

  • You will be added to the challenge Facebook group 

  • You will be able to ask me questions along the way 

  • We will discuss your goals and set weekly challenges for mini wins 


For this to work, you need to:

  • Log food intake in MyFitnessPal based on recommendations, which I will have access to 

  • Follow the weekly challenges

  • Stay in contact with me and the group to share feedback about how you are getting on, so we can make changes for the best results - I can’t help you, if we don’t talk 

  • Commit to the process and be open to learn
